Change Manager Role
Responsibilities:
- Define the change management strategy
- Apply a structured methodology, and business process, and lead change management activities
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Consult and coach project teams
- Manage and create actionable deliverables (communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Support and engage senior leaders and business sponsors
- Lead organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Manage the budget relating to the change initiative
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in an organizational change management position with a strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Change Management industry accreditation
- Familiar with project management principles, tools, and phases of the project life cycle
- Advanced knowledge and industry experience with subject matter
- Successfully managed a change initiative budget
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Direct and indirect people management
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Graduate-level degree
Change Agent: Level I
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the flow of documents surrounding any changes to an ongoing project or large system
- Reports to change manager or leader on trends and events within the organization that will impact business operations
- Supports in the development of actionable deliverables (communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching, training plan, resistance management plan)
Experience:
- Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative business role
- Some familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Associate level degree or certification equivalent
Change Agent: Level 2
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for change communication ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the high-level and product-specific planning and scheduling
- Coordinates the flow of documents surrounding any changes to an ongoing project or large system
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Reports directly to operations leadership on change trends and events within the organization that impact business operations
- Creates actionable deliverables (communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Measures and reports on success metrics and monitors change progress
Experience:
- Up to 8 years of experience with organizational change efforts
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Knowledge and industry experience with subject matter
- Undergraduate level degree
