How we work with our Learning Professionals:

TrainingFolks has a strong core internal team that is supplemented by our team of ‘TrainingFolks Certified Training Professionals’. Our client solutions may include individuals working directly with our client, a team of learning professionals working together, or a combination with our core internal team.

Some of the typical engagements that we have provided are:

• 1 month contract for a technical writer
• 9 month contract for an instructional designer
• 2 month contract for an e-learning designer and programmer
• 12 month contract for a senior business analyst
• 6 month contract for 3 bi-lingual financial trainers
• 3 month contract for an interim training coordinator 
• Contract-to-permanent placement of an instructional designer

The Certification Process:

Developing a business to business relationship with TrainingFolks as a Certified TrainingFolks Professional has several benefits:

• The TrainingFolks Contingent Staffing team will expose you to many interesting projects and clients in a variety of industries, broadening the depth of experience you can reach. 
• Certified TrainingFolks Professionals also receive front of line consideration for new opportunities. 

In addition, a pre-existing relationship with TrainingFolks will ensure an expedited on-boarding process should you be chosen to engage in a project.

The TrainingFolks certification process begins after you have been selected for a specific project.  At the time of selection you will go through an orientation program, on-boarding and be coached on the specific client project.  You then begin your first project as a CERTIFIED TrainingFolks Consultant.

Next, to become a Certified TrainingFolks Professional, you must successfully complete a project engagement through TrainingFolks and receive a satisfactory evaluation from our client and TrainingFolks, based on our performance scorecard. 

Continuing to partner with TrainingFolks thereafter has additional advantages to becoming a Certified TrainingFolks Advisor.

TrainingFolks is looking for qualified training professionals to fill project specific requirements. We currently have requirements for professional training consultants in the areas of facilitation, and instructional design in both elearning and blended solutions.  Expertise within the financial and healthcare industries is a growing requirement for some of our clients.

Please submit the following information to careers@trainingfolks.com.

• A cover letter that includes your full contact information with city of residence and postal/zip code, your area of training interests, and travel considerations
• Resume (in Word format)
• 3 professional training references from previous clients or supervisors, within the last two years (in a separate Word document)  Identify your working relationship with the reference.
• Certifications, if applicable
• Evidence of work quality (class evaluations or work samples)

Once you have submitted your information, you will receive a confirmation response. In addition, continuously check our website where we update our job postings.
