Managing Director, US Operations

As the Managing Director of US Operations, Owen’s versatility and business savvy has enabled TrainingFolks to realize one of its corporate goals – to expand into the US Marketplace. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Owen is building and leading the direction for our US operations – to the specific needs of our US clients. Owen demonstrates a strong track record of combining high energy, endurance, creativity and customer management skills in meeting those diverse, time sensitive customer objectives.

Owen has delivered large scale solutions that addressed client issues of sales and operations performance improvement, technology implementations, management development, merger integration and risk and compliance. Along with building and sustaining the US operations, Owen has also led the development of relationships with clients such as Bank of America, Wachovia, RBC Financial Group and RBC Centura. These relationships include services delivered to consumer banking, commercial banking, Private Client, Capital Markets and Investment Banking.

A sales leader and builder, with over 12 years of sales and service leadership, Owen’s professional experience includes residential home building in Eastern North Carolina, to selling IT infrastructure solutions, to providing information security consulting services to some of Canada’s largest organizations.

Owen graduated from East Carolina University, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and was a member of the ECU Pirate’s baseball team.
