TRAININGFOLKS INC. SHOWS SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN’S CHARITIES

(Toronto, ON) – TrainingFolks Inc., an innovative provider of Just-in-Time Training (JiTT) demonstrated their community support as a sponsor of The Richard Boustead Foundation for Children’s Charities 2nd Annual Golf Tournament. The tournament was held June 14th at the Kedron Dells Golf Club on Ritson Road in Oshawa.

Proceeds from the event helped the foundation towards one of its goals to be the sole provider of funding for the Richard Boustead/Falstaff Children’s Breakfast Club. This would allow the foundation to have more funds for other clubs in the region.

“TrainingFolks felt privileged to be a part of this event. The Richard Boustead Foundation is an excellent organization,” says Matt Davis, CEO of TrainingFolks. “Our employees were excited to do what they could to support children’s programs within the community.”

The Richard Boustead Foundation provides resources to children’s charities with a focus on health, education, and inner city services. The foundation develops and executes original concepts in order to raise funds for some of these non-profit organizations.

Richard was a paramedic with Toronto Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for 25 years and spent his last few years as the Supervisor of Media Relations. He raised awareness of the contributions of EMS and was committed to making a difference in the City of Toronto by influencing public programs that benefited children. His wife Debbie established the foundation in his honour to continue the work of her husband who passed away July 1st, 2002.
