
As Vice President of Professional Services, Gail provides overall direction for TrainingFolks’ custom learning offerings to ensure they are aligned with real world experiences and recognized best practices. With a focus on large scale leadership development implementations, Gail takes pride in building strong client partnerships and maintaining the highest possible quality standards. She is passionate about her holistic approach to ensuring that learning solutions lead to both immediate and sustained long-term business results. As a result, Gail has been instrumental in building client loyalty and has become a trusted advisor to a number of TrainingFolks’ client organizations.
Prior to joining TrainingFolks, Gail held several key operations management and training positions where she helped organizations prepare for large scale transitional changes. She has managed areas of Training, Customer Service, Call Centers, and Operations for various organizations within the courier and logistics industry.
Gail’s practical experiences are complemented by her education at the University of Waterloo in Mathematics and Computer Science, Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, a Masters of Project Management Certificate from York University and a certificate in Organizational Development from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. As an accomplished speaker, Gail has presented at a variety of training conferences and has been active with several industry associations including the Conference Board of Canada. She is an active member in the Canadian Society for Training and Development, American Society for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
