As Principal Consultant, with over 22 years in the human resources, training and consulting industry, Michael brings an ability to help clients pinpoint performance improvement opportunities and subsequently build and implement innovative, high-impact solutions.

Michael has led the design and development of enterprise-wide leadership development and culture change initiatives in multiple industries including large financial institutions, pharmaceutical firms, manufacturing companies and energy providers.

Michael led the effort to customize and implement the first enterprise-wide web-based leadership development performance support system at Bank of America with a target audience of over 50,000 leaders.

Michael holds an MA in Industrial Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, holds multiple certifications in areas such as Experiential Training Design, Leadership and Personality Assessments, Competency-Based Training and Performance Consulting.

He has published nationally in both Training Magazine and Training and Development Journal.
